RLF delays Mall proposal
According to well-informed sources, an internal dispute among Rural Land Foundation trustees has led to the request for a two-week delay in the hearing on the Mall's parking plan (see related story below).  The RLF had been scheduled to appear before the Zoning Board of Appeals this Thursday night (3/4).

The Indy has learned that trustee Jim Henderson, who had been managing the regulatory approval process for the expansion project and had earned credibility points for his interactions with town boards, quit the project in a heated dispute with RLF chairman Ken Bassett. No word yet on who will present what to the ZBA.
This is a developing story...
