Capital Planning Committee

Established in 1996, this committee's role as an advisory body, is to study proposed capital projects and improvements requiring major 0ne-time expenses of at least $15,000, with an anticipated useful life of at least five years.  All town boards and committees review such items with the committee.  The moderator appoints one representative from the Selectmen, Finance Committee, School Committee, Library Trustees and the Conservation Commission, as well as two members at large.
