Established in 1956, LS is located at the junction of Concord and Lincoln Roads in Sudbury.  Programs are broad in range in order to allow for individual needs, but each student must meet definite graduation standards.   Approximately 90% of LS graduates go on to four-year colleges and universities.   The school continues to examine ways to improve its curriculum and teaching practices and has made a strong investment in technology.  A six-person School Committee determines school policies, appoints a superintendent to administer the school and appoints the teaching staff upon the superintendent's recommendation.
