Most Lincoln households get their water through the town's own water supply, though a
small percentage of homeowners have private wells.

About 80% of the town's water comes from Flint's Pond;
the rest comes from the Tower Road Well. Lincoln's Water Commission makes
installation and maintenance decisions and sets the water rates. Water bills are
sent out twice a year, in the spring and in the fall.
